Lot of detail yet to be revealed as to how this unfolded, but some senior level individuals in the Texas Tech athletic dept were adamant about fighting for Sorsby. I believe the Big 12 lawsuit + what appeared to be a significant sweeping boycott from opposing programs tipped it. Charles Robinson (@CharlesRobinson) Just confirmed that Brendan Sorsby will be applying for the NFL supplemental draft.
