Fantasy Redzone

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Fantasy Redzone uses account, league, roster, and usage information to power fantasy football feeds, rankings, trade-market views, and Water Boy AI recommendations. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to control it.

What we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up, we collect the account details you provide through Clerk, our authentication provider — email address and basic sign-in data.
  • Sleeper league and roster context. If you connect a Sleeper account (by username only — no password or login credentials are ever shared with us), we store your Sleeper user ID, connected league IDs, and roster data. This connection is read-only: Fantasy Redzone cannot make lineup changes, waiver claims, or trades on Sleeper.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, feature usage, and general product analytics, so we can understand how Fantasy Redzone is used and improve it.

How we use it

We use this information to power the feed, rankings, trade-market views, and Power Rankings; to personalize Water Boy AI answers with your connected roster and league context; to manage your account and subscription; and to maintain and improve the product. We do not sell personal league data.

Third-party services

Fantasy Redzone relies on a small set of third-party services:

  • Clerk — authentication and account sign-in.
  • Stripe — billing and payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Fantasy Redzone does not store your card details; Stripe handles that directly.
  • Sleeper — the source of your connected league and roster data, read via Sleeper's public API once you connect your username.
  • Hosting and infrastructure. The web app and backend services run on standard cloud hosting providers to serve the product reliably.

Data retention

We retain account, league, and roster data while it is operationally required to provide the service — generally for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect Sleeper or delete your account, the data tied to that connection stops being used going forward.

Your controls

  • Disconnect Sleeper anytime. Go to your Account page, find the Sleeper Connection card, and select Disconnect. This removes the stored league and roster context tied to that connection.
  • Delete your account. Email support@fantasy-redzone.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion.
