Xavier Smith signs exclusive rights tender Monday Xavier Smith has signed his exclusive rights free agent tender to remain with the Rams for the upcoming 2026 campaign. Fantasy Impact: After catching two passes for six yards in 15 games as a rookie in 2024, Smith broke out for an 18-303-0 receiving line last season.
