My team is currently terrible (no starting QB in a SF league, etc) but I have a lot of draft capital for 2027. I have no intention of attempting to compete this year, and will tank for the 1.01. I am currently 7 spots over the roster limit, with many of those obviously being dart throws, therefore I'm roster locked. Due to a recent trade, one of my RB spots is empty, but I have Judkins on my bench. As I'm tanking, I'm perfectly happy playing the season with that RB spot empty. And I don't want to drop any of my dart throws (to unlock my roster) in case one of them breaks out mid season. Realistically, I'm probably winning 0 games this year, whether I set my lineup or leave it as is. Would you allow me to carry the 7 extra guys into the season? If not, on what basis? (It's allowed by Sleeper and the league has no rules against it, albeit this situation probably was never even considered when the bylaws were written). If yes, would you accept the commish setting my lineup before day 1 of the season to put the best guys in (and fill the empty RB spot)? I don't propose he does it each week, just set for week 1 and then leaves it to fate. submitted by /u/Final_Environment258 [link] [comments]

Would you allow this? If so, would you accept the commish forcing lineup changes? — Fantasy Redzone
