Will Howard splitting reps to begin Steelers offseason program Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy said QBs Will Howard and Mason Rudolph are splitting reps in the Steelers' offseason program. Fantasy Impact: Howard and Rudolph are currently leading the Steelers quarterback room with Aaron Rodgers still a free agent. It still seems very possible that Rodgers signs a deal with Pittsburgh at some point this offseason, but Howard and Rudolph will continue to see the reps for now.
