Golden was touted as a top prospect and was drafted 23rd overall by the packers, the first WR they’ve taken in the first round in 23 years. Reports out of camp during the preseason made it seem like he had a clear path to WR1. The GB receiver room was crowded going into last year, but now Kraft is returning from injury, Doubs is in NE, and Watson and Wicks remain.
