We’ve all been there — those trades that freaking keep you up at night that are part of the game. Part of it is just living and learning. Some of it is just pure stupidity. For me, it was learning the lesson of WR > RB. I had just drafted Justin Jefferson and he was going off, but I was so thin at RB. Of course I sent JJ and a 1st for Dalvin Cook. Seemed like a no brainer — my team would have the hammer it needed at a position of scarcity. It was my first year playing. It’s not like Cook was bad for the remainder his time on the Vikings…but then when he went to the Jets just a few years later, it was over and I still had no championships.
