Everyone is acting like the Ravens offense is a lock to stay elite, but there are more red flags than people want to admit. New OC Declan Doyle is a first-time NFL play caller with almost no track record calling an offense. Even some analysts have called the hire a major risk. The offensive line is getting overrated. Ravens fans spent a lot of 2025 complaining about inconsistent guard play and a run game that wasn’t nearly as dominant as people expected. Henry is 32 and already showed more boom/bust efficiency last season than people realize. The offense is going through a major transition with a new coaching staff, which adds uncertainty. No Isaiah Likely means fewer threats that force defenses to respect the middle of the field and run fits. Could Henry still finish as an RB1? Absolutely. But if I'm spending a premium pick, I'd rather bet on younger backs in more stable situations than assume everything breaks right for a 32-year-old RB in a brand-new offense. submitted by /u/IceOk9930 [link] [comments]
