I still think Trevor Lawrence was the greatest prospect ive ever seen. People might laugh now but: - 4 year varsity starter in HS - Undefeated record from his highschool sophomore year all the way up until his COLLEGE sophomore season until he ran into the all-time LSU team led by Burrow Chase & Jettas - 41 consecutive games won in HS into 29 straight wins at the highest level of college football (70 straight wins!!!) - 2 state chips and 1 national championship (6 straight playoff appearances) - Prototypical size and could make any throw I dont recall a prospect profile that was clear as day generational as T Law’s in the last 10 years. And it still wasnt enough to lift that poverty Jaguars franchise out of the mud. Takeaway here for me is organization + scheme is weighted way higher than i thought/want it to be. Anyone else have thoughts on Trevor Lawrence and his prospect profile vs how hes turned out so far? I still think he can be good enough for a championship but its interesting to see how his professional career has played out given his impeccable start to his football career. submitted by /u/Anternuy [link] [comments]
