I went Dak-Shough back to back on a youth movement team thinking Dak will be productive for another 5 years. Actually took Shough first feeling like he would not make it back to me, which felts CRAZY (but it worked). Here are 5 teams that I feel will exceed fantasy expectations across the board, as well as a bonus squad, and I'm happy to ride their ADP waves in dynasty start-ups right now. 5. Chargers This is the great offensive efficiency play. Joe Alt (one of the best tackle prospects of all time) and Rashawn Slater (second best tackle in the sport in 2024) played zero games together in 2025. When healthy, this the best tackle duo in the NFL. Both Herbert's time to throw and Hampton's offensive line yards will rise this year. Additionally, Oronde Gadsden will be rarely called upon to block. This makes every single piece of this offense from Harris to even Vidal worth pursuing. Though I will say Ladd's been steamed up to a place I have a hard time swallowing. 4. Saints The worst kept QB upgrade secret. Tyler Shough was good last year, and he will be even better with a full offseason as the definitive starter and the offensive line continues to coalesce. Shough notched a tidy +63.1 EPA vs. Rattler's paltry +2.8 EPA in 2025. Olave will surely translate his league-leading 966 Unrealized Air Yards into more actual yards and touchdowns in 2026. Etienne is tee'd up for a monster season. Juwan Johnson is a value. All of the ancillary pieces from Neal to Vele to Delp are also worth pursuing in deep dynasty leagues. It gets better -- The Saints have the second easiest schedule in 2026. 3. Jets Tanking with volume and flair. The arrival of Geno Smith, paired with a young, ascending offensive line bookended by Fashanu and Membou, will finally put Garrett Wilson, Breece Hall, and now Kenyon Sidiq and Omar Cooper, in a position to thrive. Tyrod to Geno is a massive fantasy upgrade as the team will experience a surge in pass volume. Because the team invested multiple first round picks on the offense side of the ball, they are particularly incentivized to push the tempo, leverage garbage time opportunities, and provide NYJ fans with the hope that the team is just a quarterback away in 2027. 2. Titans Turnaround already in motion. Looking back, Cam Ward finished the 2025 season strong, highlighted by a truly excellent performance against the Seahawks in Week 12. He posted a positive EPA and a +11.0% completion percentage over expected (CPOE) when pressured again Seattle. Ward is already ascending, making Tony Pollard and Nicholas Singleton attractive at cost, Tate is a smash, Ayomanor and Dike are interesting, and even Gunner Helm is intriguing in tight end premium dynasty leagues. The only overrated player on this team is not Calvin Ridley, it's little Wan'Dale Robinson! 1. Commanders The great opportunity ambiguity play. Jayden Daniels' lost season created a buying opportnity for everyone on this team from McLaurin to Croskey-Merritt to Chig Okonkwo. The RB, WR, and TE touch distributions are also highly ambiguous. If, for example, Ben Sinnot seizes an every-down role or Antonio Williams erupts in preseason or Croskey-Merritt becomes a serviceable receiver, these players will dramatically outperform their ADP expectations. Bottom line is Jayden Daniels is ready to ball out, the touches will consolidate, this team will be a full and complete fantasy football windfall. BONUS: Panthers Three of my most rostered players in dynasty are Jonathon Brooks,…
