I’m a Tuten skeptic, but I understand he has a great opportunity heading into this year. Etienne gone and Jacksonville didn’t really make any splashes at RB this offseason, Chris Rodriguez being the biggest name they added. However, he giving me Alexander Mattison as the Raiders RB1 vibes. Opportunity ≠ production, even though they usually go hand in hand and I feel Jacksonvilles RB room will be a muddy mess for fantasy. A true RBBC between Tuten, CRod, Allen, maybe Taylor. Outside of the opportunity, why is this guy getting so much hype? KTC has him in the RB22 range above guys like King Henry, Jacobs, Swift, etc. Even factoring in age of those guys, I have a hard time believing Tutens value is equal, much less higher, than those guys. He’s a fine RB2, but I just don’t see him as a greatly productive lead back. Last year he averaged a dismal 3.7 YPC and he’s not really known to have great pass catching chops. A history of fumbling also doesn’t bode well so I want to hear the best argument for this guy submitted by /u/Sufficient-Tourist45 [link] [comments]
