RJ Harvey underwent offseason surgery to repair torn labrum RJ Harvey reportedly underwent surgery this offseason to repair a torn labrum he suffered in the AFC Championship Game loss to the Patriots. Fantasy Impact: This had not been previously reported. Harvey was able to do some work during Broncos OTAs.
