Post-Rookie Draft Waiver Order (w/ FAAB)

Ok so I know there’s a ton of posts in here about setting up the waiver order but I haven’t seen anything to specifically answer this. My dynasty league just had its rookie draft and we’ve been using FAAB for waivers all last season. What I don’t know is what method to use to set up the waiver order for this new offseason in addition to FAAB bids - specifically how to determine who gets the player when multiple teams bid the same amount Is it common to keep the same draft order?
