League Tycoon: Workaround to in-draft auction budget trading?

I need help - I'm running my first draft on League Tycoon and there was an off-app trade agreed to involving for draft capital. I found out the hard way that once a draft starts auction budget can’t be traded. Is there a workaround to this? Has anyone dealt with this? I need to move $75 from one team and add to another. Up to this point I’ve loved the app and its ability to allow for multiple nominations at one time. We are a Sleeper league and de use Tycoon for our auction.
