I joined a dynasty league in 2025 and the league settings can be seen below. 12T, SF, PPR (0.5 TEP), Start 10, 6-pt Passing TD TLDR; there was drama with the old commissioners, so the teams of the league took over and we are running independently now. In between this, we had several members drop and found new replacements. There were a few polls in place for new league rules (trade deadline, league median wins, 0.2 PPC). It was a bit of a slow process finding new league members, but we eventually did. We completed our rookie draft a few days ago now. After the draft, I guess there was enough votes to change to PPC. The commissioners of the league have now changed the scoring to a 0.2 PPC, effective immediately. I am trying to make my case to the league that changing the league scoring needs to have at least a year of a transition period to adjust to the league rules, especially now that this juices up RB scoring. And also, this poll went up and we have cycled through several old/new league members since then. Am I in the wrong for thinking that this isn’t a rule that can be implemented, effective immediately? This significantly favors teams that prioritized RBs in the startup and rookie draft this past year, and we weren’t given ample time to adjust to new league rules. I’m curious how other dynasty leagues have handled changes to scoring in the past, because in the ones I commission, changing scoring settings is an absolute no. submitted by /u/andrew_corn [link] [comments]
