Jeffery Simmons to sign 3-year, $105 million extension with Titans Jeffrey Simmons has agreed to a 3-year, $35.3 million per year extension with the Tennessee Titans. Fantasy Impact: Simmons' deal includes $100 guaranteed and makes him the highest-paid defensive tackle in NFL history. The 28-year-old is coming off a First Team All-Pro season with 11 sacks, 17 tackles for loss and three forced fumbles.
