For the life of me, I can’t understand why some people are valuing Jaxson Dart so low. I understand there’s risk, but isn’t that true of every young dual-threat QB? Last season he showed legitimate upside in an offense that had almost no weapons. If 20 PPG is essentially his floor, how is he still viewed as such a risky asset at just 23 years old? Now he gets another year of development, a full offseason as the unquestioned starter, Nabers back healthy, the additions of Likely and Fields, and John Harbaugh as his head coach. He only missed two games last year because of a concussion, and before that his only notable injury was a torn meniscus that cost him four games in college in 2021. Durability doesn’t even seem like a major concern. I just can’t wrap my head around him being valued as QB11 in dynasty startups. To me, he belongs much closer to the Jayden Daniels tier: a capable rushing QB with real fantasy upside, flashes of being a good passer, an improved supporting cast, and arguably the best coaching upgrade he could have gotten. So what am I missing? Why is the dynasty community still so much lower on Dart than I am? submitted by /u/CillonDram22 [link] [comments]
