Is there a way to incorporate Head Coaches into fantasy football?

Last year we saw a number of exciting new head coaches take the league by storm and totally transform their teams. Mike Macdonald, Mike Vrabel, Ben Johnson, & Liam Cohen all significantly impacted the trajectory of their squads for the better. They have brought a sort of renewed attention to the importance of coaching strategy as a complement to an NFL roster. This got me thinking about the potential for their inclusion in Dynasty (or even redraft) leagues. Has anyone ever been in a league with a roster slot for head coaches? If so, did you like it?
