In ESPN can League Managers edit rosters after a game has begun?

Hi all, I am the commissioner of a brand new league this season. Last year in a different league, one of my buddies who was in a league I managed had his WiFi cut off/wasnt able to connect to ESPN to edit his roster in time until after the week started, like quite literally he was able to access it minutes after the 1 PM slate began. Is it possible in ESPN to have it so that the LM can edit rosters of all managers in the league, even after the game that a player is playing in has started? But just LM, not each manager having access to edit their lineup mid-game, I just want to use this for emergencies (like last season) because there is money on the line this year.
