I've been commissioner of a 12-team salary cap dynasty league for 12 years. Every season is the same dance: Sleeper for rosters and scoring Google Sheets for cap tracking A separate doc for contract rules nobody reads Manual drafts, auctions and lotteries on livestreams And somehow still having the "what's his dead cap hit again?" argument in July We tried moving to MFL. We tried custom Sleeper bots. Nothing actually treats dynasty like running an NFL franchise. So I teamed up with a few other commissioners and started building Dynasty War Room: a platform that actually works the way a real front office works: What's different: Live salary cap baked into every transaction (trades, cuts, extensions, FAAB bids) Real contract types, like rookie vs vet, guaranteed vs unguaranteed, early extensions, RFA tags Weighted draft lottery system (no more "random.org isn't loading") A fair-value engine that actually accounts for your league's scoring and roster settings Phased seasons so the league never goes dark: regular season → postseason → offseason flows like it should Playoff AND consolation bracket both matter for draft positioning Pricing: Free at launch. $50/league/year after that. No per-user fees. We're opening up the waitlist now for early-access leagues. If you're a commissioner running (or wanting to run) a salary cap/contract dynasty league, throw your email in and we'll get you set up when we start onboarding. Waitlist: https://www.dynastywarroom.com Happy to answer questions here, especially from fellow commissioners who've tried to duct-tape this together like I did submitted by /u/dellowitz [link] [comments]
