How to get rid of draft picks in a dynasty league?

A few months ago my friends and I made our first dynasty FF league. We made it so you could draft 26 rookie picks in our startup which made sense back in February. In the later rounds (20 and onward) people just started taking rookie picks every single round because they didn't know many players still available. This led to our 26 draft having 5 rounds, despite it being a start 9 format. We use sleeper and know we can trade 4th and 5th round picks but i only want 3 rounds in our future drafts, how can i get rid of the draft picks on every team? submitted by /u/trashPanda_39 [link] [comments]
