How to deal with family fallout within the fantasy league

League context: 9 years running, 12 man league This may not be the best place to post (I’ll probably cross post), but there was some family drama in my league. I’m friends with this family (they aren’t my own), but the league contains about 6 people who are all cousins. One of the cousins (let’s call him Bob) has become estranged to the point that Bob is no longer invited to their family gatherings. Completely cut off. The whole nine yards. I’ve known them all for years and only some of them have brought up the idea of removing Bob and his friend (no one really knows the guy outside of Bob). I don’t have a dog in the fight and don’t have a problem with Bob per se (but knowing the story, I do think Bob is in the wrong). The easiest solution is just to remove the two (Bob & friend). I guess the hard part is how I should go about this. I’ll probably end up also being estranged from Bob because of this decision though. Family drama sucks all around and I can’t be neutral because I think keeping Bob explodes the league. I also am closer with one of the family members who introduced me to everyone else. I don’t think I have much of a choice, but if others have had similar situations I would love to hear it. Thanks everyone! EDIT: For context, Bob didn’t just have a disagreement or this was a misunderstanding with the family.
