Welcome to the positional Buy, Sell, Hold series, where each week I’ll focus on one position and analyze four players, and what we should do with them in dynasty. For this week, we’re talking running backs. James Cook , BUF - Buy In 2025, for the second year in a row, Cook was a dominant force on the ground for the Bills. In 2024, he finished with 16.5 PPR points per game off the back of 18 total touchdowns. In 2025, he topped it, scoring 18.4 PPR PPG while leading the league in rushing yards. Even with Josh Allen next to him being an excellent rusher and plenty active by the goal line, Cook has thrived in Joe Brady’s offense. Cook is naturally one of the highest valued running backs in fantasy football, but what should you be doing with him? The Move – With Brady at the helm, you can be even more confident that Cook will continue to have his role and produce. I would normally expect Cook to be a hard player to buy. But right now, according to the Dynasty League Football Rankings and Startup ADP, it is possible to trade away either Omarion Hampton or De'Von Achane to get Cook plus another asset. I love Achane, but his 2026 looks rough. Hampton’s rookie season was good, but not great. I’d take Cook. SUBSCRIBE TO DLF PREMIUM! Gain Instant Access to this resource and so much more!.
