In terms of evaluating players, draft capital is considered the most indicative of success. This is, for the most part, reflected in a player's ADP and overall dynasty rankings. Some players, however, have discrepancies between their draft capital and their ADP. In the 2026 draft, 36 wide receivers were drafted. I compared their draft capital rankings with their FantasyPros rankings to identify which players had the largest discrepancies. Out of the 36 players drafted, 13 players are undervalued by the community (drafted higher in the NFL draft relative to their fantasy ranking), 15 were overvalued, and 5 matched their rankings. 3 players were omitted because they were either drafted players outside of the top 36 rankings. The other drafted players omitted were drafted in the 6th round or later. Biggest Outliers Kaden Wetjen (+19) is the most extreme buy-low in the entire class. The NFL drafted him at pick 121 (Round 4), but FP has him all the way down at spot 39. That's a huge vote of no-confidence from the dynasty community, likely driven by a lack of name recognition and an unimpressive college profile despite the mid-Day 2 capital. Caleb Douglas (+10) This one is the most interesting one for me. Other than Stribling, Douglas has the highest draft capital (pick 75) out of all of the NFL overvalued players. In a wide open Miami WR room, he is one to keep an eye on. Colbie Young (+10) — drafted pick 140 (WR23) but FP has him at 33. The 6' 3", 215 lbs wideout only had 37 receptions in his last two seasons at UGA. It will be interesting to see where he fits in on this Bengals team Deion Burks (-13) is the biggest dynasty overreach. Picked 254th (Mr. Irrelevant essentially), yet dynasty managers have him at spot 23. That's pure upside betting on a late-round flier with elite athleticism. Chris Bell (-10) is mostly caused by his ACL tear late in the college season. Dynasty players are banking on his recovery, as he was considered a top 5 WR talent before his injury.
