Dillon Bell signs with Vikings as undrafted free agent WR Dillon Bell has signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent. Fantasy Impact: Bell played collegiately at Georgia where he caught 119 passes for 1,269 yards and 11 touchdowns in 56 games with the Bulldogs. Bell is a big, strong receiver who actually operates quite well on gadget plays. He has the ability to break tackles, but will be a developmental project for the Vikings. He certainly has the potential and will provide depth at receiver in Minnesota.
