Devonta smith future without AJ brown

With AJ brown being just about guaranteed to be out the door and his time in Philadelphia being over how do you view Devonta Smith. A better offensive coordinator and 121 vacated targets, where do you value him. I think he has top 5 talent and in a low passing offense with little competition (I think Hollywood brown and wicks are good players but aren’t going to take away) he could definitely become a really high steal.
