Building a Fantrax league to handle large work league

I help run my work fantasy football league. Sometimes we get up to 20 players in the league. When that happens we usually run 2 different leagues and create our own finals rules to determine a winner. I saw on the premium commissioner leagues on Fantrax that it allows duplicate players across multiple divisions. To me that means two teams could draft Bijan Robinson as long as they were in separate divisions. That way we can run one league instead of two. Am I correct in that?
