Achane staying in Miami -- good or bad for his value?

I see a lot of people saying him staying in Miami is BAD for his fantasy value, but I don't really understand this so much ... I heard someone say when they feed him all game every game that he's going to be injury prone, but I don't think this way, because he is their ONLY weapon, which would make him rack up fantasy points like he did last year.
