The NFL Draft is behind us, rookie drafts are taking place, and as dynasty managers we are looking ahead to the upcoming season. In our Dynasty Rookie Draft Post-Draft Update series, we break down all the incoming fantasy-relevant rookies, looking at their profiles and where they fit. The basis of the rookie profile involves the usage of STORM analysis, focusing on five key components: Situation, Talent, Opportunity, Risk, and Market. Situation Name: Mike Washington Jr Position: Running Back Pro Team: Las Vegas Raiders College Team: Arkansas Draft Status: Round 4; Pick 122 Every rookie class has overlooked running backs who land in useful situations and quietly gain dynasty appeal. Mike Washington Jr fits that mold. Selected by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, he lacks star-level upside but offers enough athleticism, receiving ability, and opportunity to remain on dynasty radars. Washington took a winding path to the NFL, spending three seasons at Buffalo before stops at New Mexico State and Arkansas. His best season came in the SEC, where he rushed for 1,068 yards while averaging over six yards per carry. The late breakout and day-three draft capital keep expectations measured, but they may also leave him undervalued in rookie drafts. His 73 career receptions add another positive, showing enough pass-catching ability to earn situational snaps at the next level. SUBSCRIBE TO DLF PREMIUM!
