The NFL Draft is behind us, rookie drafts are taking place, and as dynasty managers we are looking ahead to the upcoming season. In our Dynasty Rookie Draft Post-Draft Update series, we break down all the incoming fantasy-relevant rookies, looking at their profiles and where they fit. The basis of the rookie profile involves the usage of STORM analysis, focusing on five key components: Situation, Talent, Opportunity, Risk, and Market. Situation Name: Marlin Klein Position: Tight End Pro Team: Houston Texans College Team: Michigan Draft Status: Round 2, Pick 59 A big story from the 2026 NFL Draft was the NFL’s infatuation with tight ends. We knew the position group was deep, but we did not expect them to get pushed up the board in the manner they did. The Houston Texans joined in on the trend, drafting Michigan’s Marlin Klein late in round two. Most expected Klein to be available well into day three. Do not let the reach per consensus rankings dissuade you, however. Klein can play and is still very early in his development as a football player.
