The NFL Draft is behind us, rookie drafts are taking place, and as dynasty managers, we are looking ahead to the upcoming season. In our Dynasty Rookie Post-Draft Update series, we break down all the incoming fantasy-relevant rookies, looking at their profiles and where they fit. The basis of the rookie profile involves the usage of STORM analysis, focusing on five key components: Situation, Talent, Opportunity, Risk, and Market. Situation Name: Jonah Coleman Position: Running Back Pro Team: Denver Broncos College Team: Washington Huskies Draft Status: Round 4; Pick 108 Jonah Coleman was a three-star prospect coming out of Stockton, California, where he played at Lincoln High School. He was ranked as the 36th RB in the 2022 recruiting class, where he had offers from Arizona State, Colorado, Tennessee, Oregon State, and Fresno State before accepting an offer to play at Arizona with Head Coach Jedd Fisch. He followed Fisch in 2024 to Washington to play for the Huskies. As a transfer, Coleman was ranked as the 29th RB and as a three-star transfer. In 2023, Coleman had 871 rushing yards on 128 carries with five touchdowns. Coleman contributed 283 receiving yards on 25 receptions for another touchdown as a sophomore before making the move up to Montlake to wear the purple and gold while playing at the most scenic football stadium in America. 2024 as a junior was his breakout season, where he rushed for 1,053 yards on 193 carries and ten touchdowns. The UW offense was not as explosive in 2025, where Coleman had 758 rushing yards on 156 carries with 15 touchdowns. He has contributed as a pass catcher in each of his college seasons, with 87 receptions across his collegiate career. Coleman is a solid but not spectacular three-down back. He contributes to the passing game and does well in pass protection. Across four college seasons, he only had one fumble.
