The NFL Draft is behind us, rookie drafts are taking place, and as dynasty managers we are looking ahead to the upcoming season. In our Dynasty Rookie Post-Draft Update series, we break down all the incoming fantasy-relevant rookies, looking at their profiles and where they fit. The basis of the rookie profile involves the usage of STORM analysis, focusing on five key components: Situation, Talent, Opportunity, Risk, and Market. Situation Name: Elijah Sarratt Position: Wide Receiver Pro Team: Baltimore Ravens College Team: Indiana (Previously James Madison, Saint Francis) Draft Status: Round 4; Pick 15 Sarratt grew up in Stafford, Virginia and attended high school at Colonial Forge High School. After successful sophomore and junior seasons, he withdrew and transferred to Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore. Unfortunately, that season was the 2020 season and COVID impacted his recruitment. Lost in the shuffle as a no-star recruit, Sarratt was forced to start his college career at Saint Francis, an FBS school in Pennsylvania. He was a Freshman All-American and caught 13 touchdowns in his one season with the Red Wolves. He made the jump to FCS and joined his older brother at James Madison for the 2023 season. After another successful season (82-1,191-8), he transferred to Indiana, following head coach Curt Cignetti to Bloomington when he got the job. He was a touchdown magnet as a Hoosier, racking up 23 touchdowns in just two seasons, number three in school history. Last season, he helped carry the team all the way to a National Championship, catching 65 passes for 830 yards and 15 touchdowns from Fernando Mendoza . He declared for the draft, where the Ravens took him in the fourth round as the 19th wide receiver off the board.
