Summer is the best time to evaluate dynasty assets and their place in the dynasty market. In this series, we will bring you a riser, faller, and longshot from each NFL team. Riser: Isaiah Likely , TE After what feels like an eternity of playing in Mark Andrews ’ shadow, Isaiah Likely finally gets a chance to play atop an NFL depth chart. Following head coach John Harbaugh from Baltimore to the Big Apple, Likely figures to be an instant upgrade to an offense devoid of depth when it comes to pass catchers. Candidly, this feels like a case where dynasty rankings have not caught up to Likely’s upside. An examination of the team’s depth chart shows a collection of Darius Slayton , Darnell Mooney , Calvin Austin and rookie Malachi Fields as Likely’s primary competition to be the team’s number two pass-catching role behind Malik Nabers . In the short term, the ceiling could be even higher, as there have been conflicting reports regarding Nabers’ rehab from a torn ACL. Current Market Value DLF’s TE Rankings. Settling in at TE15, it is fair to wonder where Likely fits into this cluster, but I see him having the strongest combination of short and long-term potential compared to those ranked in this range. Mark Andrews’ run of success as the top tight end in John Harbaugh’s offense has me bullish that Likely’s best fantasy days are ahead. Between 2019 and 2024, Andrews finished no lower than TE8 on a points per game basis and peaked as the TE1 in overall scoring in 2021.
