Summer is the best time to evaluate dynasty assets and their place in the dynasty market. In this series, we will bring you a riser, a faller, and a longshot from each NFL team. We’ll cover dynasty values, positional trades, and overall team outlooks. Let’s jump into the Jacksonville Jaguars! Riser: Bhayshul Tuten , RB Last summer's Bhaysul Tuten pick was a little bit of a surprise for me by first-year head coach Liam Coen. He inherited Tank Bigsby and Travis Etienne but I thought there were more glaring needs. There were some people who thought Tuten would take Etienne’s place but by training camp, that did not seem to be the case. He fell outside the dynasty top 100 in August and September ADP as it was shown Etienne would still be the workhorse. Tuten had a solid year but had only one game with double-digit carries and only two games with over 50 rushing yards. There were occasional ball security issues but for the most part, that did not cause a big problem. Etienne has moved on from the Jaguars - is it Tuten’s time to shine now?
