Summer is the best time to evaluate dynasty assets and their place in the dynasty market. In this series, we will bring you a riser, a faller, and a longshot from each NFL team. We’ll cover dynasty values, positional trades, and overall team outlooks. Let’s jump into the Indianapolis Colts! Riser : Josh Downs , WR Downs has been a dynasty darling for a long time. We love an undersized, productive wide receiver. He started with a solid rookie season, scoring 9.1 PPR points per game. Downs broke out as a sophomore, averaging 13 PPR PPG and finishing 21st among wide receivers in yards per route run. But in his third season, his role decreased, and he had the worst season of his career with only 8.5 PPR PPG. There’s hope, though. With Michael Pittman moving on, and little depth after him, Downs could be in for the biggest role he’s had since entering the NFL. Current Market Value 2025 was a rough year for Downs’ dynasty value, hitting a low as dynasty managers lost faith. Even with the changes to the offense this off-season, it can be hard to still believe. As of now, Downs is the WR48 in the Dynasty League Football Rankings and WR38 in the Startup ADP. We often say “it can’t get any worse,” while it can always get worse. But, looking at his ranking, Downs may be the one case where it can’t. This is the precise reason that Downs is poised to be a riser in 2026. SUBSCRIBE TO DLF PREMIUM! Gain Instant Access to this resource and so much more!.
